One Year Maintenance Membership Includes:
- Your complimentary service* of one: heating system inspection, AC inspection, or home plumbing inspection
- 50% off dispatch fee (during normal business hours only)
- 10% off repair costs for plumbing, drain cleaning, or HVAC repair services (during normal business hours only)
- 5% off new equipment installs: water heaters, water softeners, furnaces, boilers, AC equipment
- Service agreement valid for one year from purchase date
- No other discounts or coupons may be applied
- Valid during normal business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
*Complimentary service must be used/scheduled before service agreement expires. Additional inspections within the 12 month agreement period are a reduced rate of $89 plus tax.
